Each visit will not exceed one hour. We will begin services with an initial visit during which we will answer all of your questions. The length of the curriculum depends on individual goals and needs.

Yes! We offer services for groups as well as “Meet and Greet” sessions at senior communities. Please contact us for more information.
Can Motivated and Moving, LLC meet with me virtually?
Yes. We are accustomed to holding meetings over the Zoom app in addition to onsite in person.
Do I need a referral?
No. Our services are available to anyone who needs them without a referral.
